I am reading this article, Agency Officials Discuss Discovery Launch, on NASA's website.
According to this article, there is a Flight Readiness Review scheduled for today at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. And an official launch date for the STS-128 mission to the ISS will be set at this meeting of NASA senior managers.
