I read this "On May 13, 2015, Brightman announced she had withdrawn from training, citing family reasons .With her backup, Satoshi Takamatsu, also withdrawing from the flight, Kazakh cosmonaut Aidyn Aimbetov replaces Brightman on Soyuz TMA-18M." here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_Brightman).
