Quirky Quarks: 'Charming' Particle Mixes with Bizarre Cousin

I am reading this article Quirky Quarks: 'Charming' Particle Mixes with Bizarre Cousin By Jesse Emspak, LiveScience Contributor, on LiveScience's website. Interesting introduction to the "charged-parity violation" and charm quarks. The question of why there is not more anti-matter in the universe is interesting. According to this article Strange Quarks and Muons, Oh My! Nature's Tiniest Particles Dissected (Infographic) by Karl Tate, The Standard Model is incomplete and does not explain things like dark matter or dark energy either.
